Local collection is available from Port Macquarie, NSW. Shipping is also available within Australia via Australia Post. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Furniture
Local Customers
For small to medium furniture pieces, we offer free local pick-up and delivery within the Port Macquarie area by arrangement only. Please note, that we offer this as a complimentary service to our local customers. However, we are not professional carriers and as such we cannot accept responsibility for breakage or damage to items that may occur during transit. Local drop-off and pick-up by the customer are also available by arrangement.
For larger furniture pieces, we recommend the local delivery company, Little Green Truck. Little Green Truck can be contacted directly on 0491 720 186. Alternatively, you are welcome to make delivery arrangements with your preferred carrier.
Important, please note, that local delivery arrangements and costs by 3rd Party Carriers are the responsibility of the customer. All delivery costs should be paid directly to the delivery company.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items during transit. In this instance, please file a claim directly with the carrier service. Please ensure you arrange delivery of your item/s to a secure location. Additionally, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery and the product is eventually returned to us, you will have to bear the cost for additional delivery at the original cost. Signatures are not required for all deliveries unless specified otherwise.
Non-Local Customers
If you're not local, no problem! Please use the "Contact Us" form to request a shipping quote, making sure to provide your postcode. We regularly ship Australia-wide and will obtain a quote from our preferred shipping company. We'll come back to you ASAP.
If you accept the quote, we will provide you with the shipping company's contact details and quote number, allowing you to arrange delivery and tracking. Alternatively, you are welcome to make your shipping arrangements with your preferred carrier. Important, please note that all shipping arrangements and costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are payable directly to the shipping company.
